We highly suggest making a reservation, however you can come into H2O Adventures to reserve. All marine vessels are on a first come basis

Please allow 45 minutes to fill out the paper work and to receive and operational/safety instructions.

No, we go though full instructions with you to ensure that you are comfortable with driving the waverunner before you leave the dock.

Waverunners are sent out full of fuel, oil and are clean. You are required to return the vessel full of fuel. A service fee of $50 (dockside) or $75 (delivered) plus the cost of fuel will be charged if the vessel is returned without a full tank. Please make sure you remove your personal belongings and trash when finished.

H2O Adventures advises that you should purchase and/or wear a properly fitted wetsuit bottoms or clothing that provides equivalent protection while riding or being around Waverunners in order to protect against injuries caused by water forced into body cavities as a result of falling into the water or being near the jet thrust nozzle. Injuries include water forced into the rectum or vagina causing severe internal injuries or death. You should understand that NOT wearing wetsuit bottoms or equivalent clothing will be going against manufacturers’ requirements and will put yourself at risk for injuries. You should realize that you am subject to injury from this activity and that no form of preplanning can remove all the danger to which you are exposing yourself. Against the advice of H2OA, the guide/instructor, numerous court cases and H2OA’s insurance company, you may refuse this critical safety precaution.

A security deposit is required when renting any waverunner. At the time the rental contract is signed you are required to leave a major credit card or $2000 cash per waverunner. If you opt not to leave a credit card or cash we can run your credit card for $2000 per waverunner. Your security deposit will be refunded to you in full, if there is no damage done to the waverunner. If there is damage to the waverunner, that amount will be deducted from your security deposit, if not taken in full. If the damage exceeds the amount put down for the security deposit, you will be fully responsible to pay the overage in another form of payment. Please see our Damage Deposit for more details.

Riders have unlimited riding area on the specific lake that the waverunner is rented. Renters may not trailer any waverunner and transport to nearby lakes. Rentals are for Lake Sinclair or Lake Oconee only.

H2O Adventures supplies lifejackets for each person riding the waverunner. If you have small children and they have their own lifejacket they are allowed to wear it as long as it is US Coast Guard approved. Riders are required to wear life jackets at all times.

When entering a No Wake zone, waverunners must reduce speed such that no wake is produced behind the vessel. Waverunners must proceed in idle mode until passing the secondary no wake zone sign.

H2O Adventures has invested in brand new 2020 Yamaha VX Waverunners to minimize downtime and issues. However, if you do run into trouble, don't worry. Just call us at 706-800-8h20 (706-800-8420) and we will send a service advocate out to assist you.

A driver's license and deposit. All renters must be 18 years or order and be able to provide a current driver's license.

Cancellations made 14 days or more from reservation date are subject to a 10% cancellation fee with all other funds being refunded. Cancellations made 13 days or less from reservation date will forfeit the entire reservation unless optional trip insurance is purchased at time of booking. Optional Trip insurance: Can be purchased when reservation is made. Trip insurance allows cancellation up to 24 hours prior to rental for any reason or last minute due to weather with 100% refund of rental cost less the cost of the Trip Insurance.

H2O Adventures reserves the right to cancel any reservations due to dangerous weather conditions. In the case that H2O Adventures cancels a reservation due to dangerous weather, a gift card/ voucher for the full rental amount will be issued to customer to be used later on in the year (no monetary refunds will be issued unless trip insurance was purchased at time of rental). Future weather forecast, slight drizzle, and cloudy weather are not justifications for the waiving of H2O Adventures’ cancellation policy. Refunds or vouchers will not be issued for inclement weather once the vessel has departed for rental.

Each watercraft returned late will be charged a $50 per 15 minutes late fee. Other renters may be renting the craft behind you so please be considerate of your fellow renters. Late fee may be waived if prior arrangements are made and approved by H2O staff. In these cases, the customer will be charged at standard rates for additional time.

We do not allow alcohol. We want you to have a great time but safety is always our top priority. Alcohol and water do not mix! This is also a very family oriented activity and we want all of our customers to enjoy their time with us.
